Q: What Android devices do you support?
A:Technically, we support Android OS v1.5 to 2.3. We have tested the app in many Android devices and it works well.
Q: I registered on the Web, what's my Android mobile PIN?
A:If you registered on the Web and want to use the Android client, you need to create a Mobile PIN. To do so, go to the Account Profile section and set your new PIN.
Q:How many exercises do you have in your library?
A: Over 350 exercises. Some added by us, some added by wonderful people in our online community.
Q: If I can't find an exercise, what do I do'?
A:If searching the exercise via our Search function or after looking into an Exercise Category without luck, you can always add new exercises to our library. To do so, login
in the website and click on the Contribute tab
Q: I found a bug, can Free Fitness Tracker fix it?
A:We will try our best! Please submit any bugs via our Contact form. Thanks!
Q: I need technical support. Who do I contact?
A:We are more than happy to look into any technical support questions. Please submit your technical questions via our Contact form.
Q: Will there be support for Kilograms and Meters (ie, metric system)?
A:Yes! We have had many people asking us for this feature. Our developers will update the site with this changes shortly
Q: I lost my Web password and my Mobile PIN. How do I get them back?
A:Fill out the Password recovery form and your password and PIN will be automatically sent to the email address you used when registering.
